TRAVELLING BY AIR

St. Vincent Grenadines Air (SVG Air) operates daily flights between Grenada’s Maurice Bishop International Airport and Carriacou’s Lauriston Airport. The 20-minute flight is EC $124 one-way or EC $245 return. With 2 morning and 2 afternoon departures (except on Thursdays), it is easy for visitors and business travelers to spend at least one day exploring Carriacou.

TRAVELLING BY SEA

Osprey Lines

Operates a daily ferry service between Grenada and Carriacou. Due to The Covid Pandemic, Ferry service is now Mon/Wed/Fri

Ferry times are as follows:

Ferry Leaves Tyrell Bay - Grenada at 06.00 am & 15.30 pm & leaves St George’s, Grenada to Carriacou at 09.00 am & 1800pm daily

Special ferry services may operate, and times may change for events - check ahead with Osprey before planning connections.

The ferry is a reliable low-cost option to get to Carriacou, especially for those with heavy luggage! No need to book ahead. The ferry dock is located in St George’s Grenada opposite the Fire station and located directly adjacent to Tyrell Bay Marina, in Harvey Vale, Carriacou, for superb connectivity and convenience between the mainland and your boat.

Cost of Travel is $80.00XCD Each Way

Travel time is usually around 2 hrs. per trip

"Dolly C"

Is a roll-on-roll off Ferry that can accommodate vehicles and trucks as well as passengers. There are three services per week between Carriacou/Grenada. Sailings are Monday / Wednesday / Friday leaving Carriacou at 5.00 am from the Port in Tyrell Bay and arriving in St George's Grenada at 8.00am. Vessel departs St George's the same day at 5.00pm and arrives Carriacou 9.00pm.

Cost of Travel is $50.00XCD Each Way

Travel time is usually around 3.5 - 4hrs hrs. per trip
